To summarize, affirmations are personal declarations we say to ourselves to change our reality. “I'm healthy and wealthy” or “Every day in every day I'm becoming happier and healthier.” Most people say that affirmations do not really work. Why? Because they are rejected by the subconscious mind as they often create a conflict with subconscious beliefs.
